Pickups inside PLAYACAR AREA will be at our meeting point located at Plaza Playacar, we dont do hotel pickups inside Playacar.
Transfer service is optional, if you need the round transfer service it has an extra cost of $15usd per person if you are staying in Tulum and Playa del Carmen area. $25 USD if you are staying in Puerto Morelos area.
For the security of our visitors, no cameras or phones are allowed inside the monkey bonding area.
We don't do Transfers from Cancun.
If you are staying in CANCUN area, we can arrange a private transfer for $120usd.
If you book within 24 hours and need transfer service we can only offer pickups after 1 pm.
